3. SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

We ship to Spain and European countries.

In addition, we always provide our customers with a tracking number so they can check the status of their package.

If there is any delay in the shipping process due to stock shortage or any other reason, we will inform our customers in advance.

Shipping costs are:

• Shipments to Spain will have an additional cost of 10 € , shipping to European Union area will have an additional cost of 15 €, shipping to the rest of Europe will have an additional cost of 30 €, for for the rest of the world request information.
• Shipping costs for Spain, the European Union and the rest of Europe are free for purchases over 250€.
• For purchases over 250€ to the rest of the world, ask for information. We will find the best economic solution for both parties.

We will provide you with the details of your order by email once your package is shipped from the studio.

You can track your delivery on the tracking ID shared with you once the package is shipped.

Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Only personalized orders are excluded from the return policy, as they legally belong to a totally different category of artwork.

The full amount of your purchase will be refunded after physically verifying upon return that the product has not suffered any damage. 

The shipping costs of the returned product shall be borne solely and exclusively by the customer.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.
The Merchant assumes the risk of delivery of the products only up to their receipt by the Customer.
The risk is initially transferred to the Customer, if the Customer indicates another form of delivery.
In any case, the Merchant is not responsible for eventual defects in the display system of the Post Office, during the delivery of the products.
The Merchant endeavors to process orders as quickly as possible. Excluded from this obligation are products that are created as a result of a special order from the Customer.
The Merchant assumes no responsibility for delays in fortuitous case or force majeure.

5. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE ORDER

To cancel or modify your order, you must immediately contact the Merchant by telephone or e-mail, indicating your personal data and the number of your order.
No cancellation or modification requests will be accepted if shipment of the products has already begun.

6. INCORRECT SHIPMENT

If the products ordered by the Customer are incorrectly shipped, the Merchant assumes the obligation to cover the cost of returning the incorrect products and to ship the correct ones or cancel the order at its option and refund the amount of money already paid.
An incorrect shipment is presumed not to have been made if fourteen (14) days have elapsed since the day of receipt of the products by the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer.

7. DISCOUNTS/GIFTS/PROMOTIONS

The Merchant occasionally runs various promotions such as discounts, gifts on purchases, etc. These promotions may also be conducted on social networks or through search websites.
In any event, the only accurate representation of the Merchant's prices is the one provided through this website.

8. ACCURACY OF TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The Merchant is not responsible for any inconsistency in the description of the technical characteristics of the products.
The Merchant is not responsible for any discrepancies between the available image of the products and their actual technical characteristics.
Customers should carefully check the nature and special technical characteristics of the products before placing any order. In any case, Customers should immediately contact the Merchant for any clarification.

 9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days.
The withdrawal period shall expire within fourteen (14) calendar days following the day on which the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer has received physical possession of the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Merchant of your decision by sending a written statement by e-mail.
The Merchant will immediately inform you of the receipt of your declaration of withdrawal by sending you by e-mail a confirmation of your withdrawal.

A. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

Tras su desistimiento del contrato de venta, el Comerciante le reembolsará todo el dinero recibido de usted sin demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo de catorce (14) días naturales a partir de la fecha en que el Comerciante le haya informado de su decisión de desistir del contrato de venta.
El Comerciante ejecutará el reembolso anterior utilizando el mismo método de pago que usted utilizó para la transacción original, a menos que usted haya acordado explícitamente algo diferente. El Comerciante no está obligado a reembolsar gastos adicionales al Cliente, en caso de que éste hubiera elegido un método de entrega diferente al ofrecido por el Comerciante.
El Comerciante podrá retener el reembolso hasta que se devuelvan los productos sin haber sufrido ningún daño.
El Consumidor será responsable de cualquier reducción en el valor de los productos, sólo en el caso de que su gestión por el Consumidor haya sido diferente de la necesaria para la naturaleza y características especiales de los productos.

B Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for products created by special order of the Customer and, in particular, for products not available and created by special order of the Merchant with unique characteristics.
The right of withdrawal does not exist in cases where the final price of the order is less than thirty (30) euros.
